SHIPPING

All items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Domestic orders may take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $75, before tax and after discount. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please contact us at hello@17andorchard.com within 14 days of delivery if you wish to make a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Candles that have been lit are ineligible for returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact us so we can arrange for your replacement.
