Refund policy
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery if you wish to make a return. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in original packaging. Products that have been used or lit are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees as well as a $5 restocking fee.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@17andorchard.com. If the return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
