In the case of Lazara Perez, a producer in Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, our importer partner Shared Source discovered her coffee to be something special a few years back through Lazara’s membership in ASDEFLOR, a co-operative which offers support to its 30+ members in many ways. After a year off our menu due to some quality issues, Lazara’s coffee is BACK and tasting sweeter than ever!

This workhorse of a coffee does NOT skimp on delivering a lovely, structured experience across EVERY brew method we’ve tried! There’s an amount of chocolate and an amount of tart red fruitiness to it, but there’s BALANCE between the two as well. It’s really quite something!
